Booking a pickup meant calling Stena directly for every order. I led the design from research to pilot, replacing the manual process with a self-service B2B flow. Handling time dropped from 30-60 minutes to around 15 minutes per order.

Mobilitas ran on WhatsApp messages and a shared spreadsheet. I designed and built the complete digital foundation -- booking flows, a three-tier partner model, automated operations and an analytics stack. The platform now handles 3,400 rentals a year.

Sharing a car with friends or family sounds simple. Designing something people would actually use took two rounds of structured research -- 37 participants in Spain -- to validate the concept and reshape the booking flow before launch.

Stena's improvement process ran on emails and spreadsheets. In a 5-day design sprint I designed and tested a new module for their customer portal. Customers responded positively and the business team was ready to move forward.

HireUP -- AI-assisted prototype exploration

Internal HR tools look deceptively simple until you add roles, permissions and real data. I used Replit's AI agent to build a semi-functional platform from scratch during a gap between assignments -- filters, dashboards and four role-based experiences. An honest exploration, not a shipped product.
