A self-service booking flow for Li-ion battery pickups

Booking a pickup meant calling Stena directly -- for every order. I led the design from research to pilot, replacing the manual process with a self-service B2B flow. Handling time dropped from 30-60 minutes to around 15 minutes per order.

A pre-owned buying experience and dealer portal for Polestar

Polestar had no digital pre-owned programme. I led UX across both sides of it -- the customer-facing purchase flow and a dealer portal for inventory and order management -- from journey mapping to launch across four European markets.

About me

Nine years designing digital products for companies including Polestar, Stena Recycling and Volvo. My background is in Media Engineering and Interaction Design -- studied between Turin and Gothenburg. That mix of technical and human shapes how I approach every product problem.
